Driven by a commitment to sustainability and a fascination with the inner workings of complex systems, my journey has led me to the intersection of engineering and strategic management. As a student in Northwestern University's Master of Engineering Management program, I engage with subjects like Product Management, Project Management, NUvention Energy, and Sustainable Supply Chain Management. These disciplines allow me to merge technical expertise with strategic insight to address today’s most pressing environmental challenges.
Currently, I am a Reliability Engineering Co-op at Biogen, where I lead efforts to improve maintenance strategies through data-driven decision-making. This role has deepened my understanding of operational efficiency and sustainability, especially within the context of the pharmaceutical industry, where uptime and process optimization are critical.
Before Biogen, I served as an Assistant Manager at JSW Steel, overseeing large-scale projects in a sector where environmental impact, particularly carbon emissions, is a major challenge. This experience sparked my interest in sustainability and led me to focus on projects aimed at reducing industrial emissions.
In addition to my work at Biogen, my academic projects have included developing digitized lockers for urban food delivery and leading a new urban-centric EV charging service through E-Mobility. These projects reflect my passion for addressing urban challenges with innovative solutions.
I am actively seeking full-time roles where I can apply my engineering management skills to meaningful projects that drive innovation and sustainability. Outside of work, I channel my creativity through photography and videography, capturing the beauty of our planet and the urgency of preserving it.

Reliability Engineering Co-op
At Biogen, I am designing and implementing a reliability dashboard to track key metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, MCTR, and failure causes, which enhances data-driven decision-making for equipment maintenance strategies. I am also conducting FMEA to identify potential equipment failures and using AI models to classify failure types and root causes, helping to improve reliability-centered maintenance plans across both maintenance and utility departments. Additionally, I developed an Asset Criticality Ranking (ACR) process to prioritize maintenance planning, focusing on critical assets to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime. Furthermore, I implemented an automated system to link 60% of unassociated spare parts to their respective equipment in CMMS, identifying obsolete parts to optimize warehouse stocking and streamline maintenance planning.

As Assistant Manager-Projects at JSW Steel in Karnataka, India, I oversaw the complete lifecycle of the Coke Ovens Project (3 MTPA), ensuring its alignment with a $450 million budget and timely completion. I enhanced data management and visualization, notably improving KPI efficiency and saving operational time, and played a key role in strategic decision-making by proposing carbon emission reduction strategies to executives, targeting a 45% reduction by 2030. My initiatives in automating gas supply systems and implementing safety procedures significantly reduced accident risks, while my leadership in Root Cause Analysis with a team of experts resolved critical commissioning issues, ensuring plant efficiency and quality. Furthermore, I streamlined production processes using Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC framework, achieving notable improvements in completion rates and reducing lead times.
AQUAFLOW SYSTEMS
Chemical Engineering Intern
Planned, designed, and set up a 200-liter leachate treatment pilot plant at the Hyderabad Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Plant to test the biological treatment method for leachate. After analyzing the results, adjusted the flow rate and other parameters to achieve a significant reduction of almost 45% in the leachate's COD, BOD, and other dissolved solids.

As Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at E-Mobility in Evanston, IL, since September 2023, I've been instrumental in developing an on-demand EV charging service focused on urban sustainability and convenience. This initiative, leveraging second-life Li-ion batteries, was informed by over 50 stakeholder interviews, directly addressing urban EV challenges. My role encompassed conducting comprehensive assessments for product viability, including market research, customer pain point analysis, competitor insights, unit economics, energy arbitrage, and ecosystem mapping.

I led SafeDrop's initiative to revolutionize urban food delivery by developing a secure digitized locker system, significantly reducing delivery-related refunds by addressing key customer needs and streamlining the delivery process. Our system provides a reliable, contactless solution for urban residents and delivery services, ensuring orders remain secure, fresh, and intact, overcoming the challenges of traditional delivery methods.

As a Project Management Consultant for Horizon Therapeutics, I spearheaded a detailed analysis of the risk-adjusted Net Present Value (NPV) for a drug in their pipeline. This involved integrating project plans, conducting risk assessments, performing cost analyses, and scheduling activities pre-product launch. I also led a cross-functional team to evaluate post-launch revenue potentials, assess market adoption risks, analyze the competitive landscape, and strategize market entry for the drug.
Literature Review.
I conducted a comprehensive literature review focusing on the current state and potential of renewable energy in India. This review encompassed an examination of the benefits derived from the government's initiatives and programs designed to promote renewable energy adoption. Additionally, I delved into the consequential effects of renewable energy sources on conventional energy resources and explored emerging technologies within the renewable energy sector.

5th Elite Men’s National Boxing Championship, Bellary India
I oversaw multiple operational aspects for two out of the 32 teams, which included managing accommodation, food, transportation, and schedules. Additionally, I assumed a leadership role in coordinating championship-level operations, which involved organizing bus schedules, providing guidance to athletes, and administering accreditation cards.
